Terms + Conditions
Documentation: Travel documentation appropriate for entry to your itinerary destinations, such as passports, vaccination cards (including COVID vaccination card), visas & inoculation certificates, remain each attendee’s responsibility. It is each attendee’s responsibility to make certain that they have proper immunizations before traveling to your program - please see your health provider for advice. Teach with Love (TWL) will advise required documentation but attendee’s who do not meet advised requirements will be denied boarding. Valid passports are required for all international destinations. If a passport is required to travel to your program destination, the expiration date must be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel. For further information, please visit the U.S. State Department web site: travel.state.gov.
Pricing: Price quotes are applicable to the date and time of booking. If you are purchasing from outside the U.S., foreign currency is subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and International credit card issuer fees. TWL is not responsible for any increases due to unforeseen government surcharges, government imposed taxes/fees or supplier-imposed increases. Please note that per our supplier contracts we cannot offer a breakdown of pricing.
Checkin & Departure Responsibilities: It is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights.* It is the attendee’s responsibility to reconfirm flight times at least 24-72 hours prior to scheduled flights. Certain countries require departure taxes that require payment in cash. *Recommended check in times are subject to change without notification. It is the attendee’s responsibility to remain abreast of changes in condition or airport rules that might require earlier arrival times. This information can be found when entering your confirmation number on the airline website.
Travel Protection/Insurance: Travel protection and insurance is mandatory to protect your investment. Travel insurance is not included. Due to the lack of comprehensive benefits in credit card travel insurance, we cannot accept basic travel insurance from a credit card as the choice of full travel protection.
Additional Disclosure: Teach With Love (TWL) is a brand owned and operated by MJM Enterprise Group LLC (“Teach With Love,” “us,” “we,” or “our” and we respect the privacy concerns of our customers and all users of our websites, applications, social media, content, and all other products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Cancellation policy
Please read carefully
By booking a Program with TWL, you acknowledge and accept that there are cancellation policies, change fees and penalties that apply to your travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason your credit card charges are later declined, reversed or TWL is unable to receive payment for the programs and services, you acknowledge that this is a binding contract and TWL will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
Payments
We offer a monthly “autopay” payment plan (layaway) or you may pay in full at time of booking. A $150-350 deposit is due with equal monthly payments for the remaining amount starting 30 days from initial deposit. (If you would like a customized payment plan or to pay in full at time of booking, please email us at contact@teachwithlove.com) Travel insurance is now mandatory (we will email you a link to a recommended company or you may use your own.)
Cancellation Policy
Your booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your program before December 1st of the year prior to your program -or- within 30 days of booking, you will receive any monies paid, less your booking deposit, or you can choose a voucher for a future program. If you choose to cancel your program after December 2nd of the year prior to your program, no refund is available, only a voucher for future programs. Final payment is due no less than 3 months before your program unless prior arrangements were made, any programs not paid in full by its respective due date will be cancelled with no refund. Programs cancelled or restricted by the government are non-refundable, therefore you must reach out to your Travel Insurance company to see what your options are (depending on the coverage you chose.)
If you must cancel, please email us at contact@teachwithlove.com with Your Program, full name and reason for canceling. Reminder, deposits are non-refundable. Please allow 6-8 weeks for banks to process any return of funds.
Failure to obtain any and all required documentation, including valid passports, vaccination cards (including COVID vaccination card), visas and inoculation certificates, and any other required documents pertaining to the respective country, will result in forfeiture of program payments.
All program attendees must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at least 60 days before program departure. We will confirm. If you sign up for a program and are not vaccinated by the deadline, you will forfeit your program payments.
Changes to Booking / Contract
Because we are a small organization who uses only small local tour suppliers (as part of our cultural immersion mission), we have a limited amount of spots available from our suppliers, therefore changing ‘room types’ can be difficult. If you book a private room, you cannot later switch to a shared room with a friend/family member unless there are shared rooms available with two empty beds. We also cannot give refunds (only vouchers) for a room change, from private to shared room booking, once the room has been reserved and held for you. Therefore, please email us BEFORE your friend/family signs up to join our program, to ensure that we have a shared room with ‘two’ empty beds available. As stated under ‘cancellation policy’ above, any cancellations or changes to a booking will result in a voucher, not a refund.
Private vs Shared Rooms
International Travel means that the sizing of rooms are not USA standard rooms. Private rooms are one bed that fits one person (we cannot add a bed or another person to a private room.) Shared rooms are two to three beds depending on program (couples will receive one bed that fits two people.) If you book a private room, you cannot switch to a shared room without first confirming that a shared room, for the amount of people you need, is available by emailing us at contact@teachwithlove.com first.
Vouchers
A TWL Program Voucher retains the value of all money paid into a attendee’s account which can be applied to any TWL product. Vouchers issued and redeemed by the original attendee may not be combined with future discounts, scholarships, or other special incentives if the same discounts, scholarships, or other special incentives existed on the original program.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be traded-in for cash.
A TWL Future Program Voucher cannot be used for:
Beverages and meals (when not indicated in itinerary)
Excursions nor Transportation to free time activities
Customary gratuities for your Tour Director
Any applicable baggage-handling fees imposed by the airlines
Expenses caused by airlines
Passport, visa, and reciprocity fees or any other fees associated with entry to a specific destination
Deposits for future programs (voucher are used as a credit towards the total invoice, not deposit.)
A TWL Future Program Voucher can be used for:
A future program with Teach With Love™️
A donation to our to go to our free TWL programs
To redeem Voucher for a future program (very easy to do):
Pick the program of your choice (that has open spots) and book it!
If the cost of the program is more than the voucher amount, spots are very limited, so a deposit is still required to solidify the booking and fully confirm your intent to attend.
If the cost of the program is less than the voucher amount, use the code "voucher" and do not pay a deposit, as it is already 100% paid for.
2. Once you have reserved your spot, you will find your original Voucher credited in the program invoice! You are good to go!
All programs attendees must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at least 60 days before program departure. We will confirm. If you sign up for a program and are not vaccinated by the deadline, you will forfeit your program payments.
Leaders
Teach With Love thought leaders are subject to change. If a TWL thought leader is unable to attend a program or event for any reason, they will be replaced by another qualified leader. No refunds will be given due to a leader replacement.

COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF NON-PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
General Use of the Website: “Non-Personally-Identifying Information” is information that, without the aid of additional information, cannot be directly associated with a specific person. “Personally-Identifying Information”, by contrast, is information such as a name or email address that, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person. Like most website operators, Teach With Love gathers from users of the Website Non-Personally-Identifying Information of the sort that Web browsers, depending on their settings, may make available. That information includes the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type and the locations of the websites the user views right before arriving at, while navigating and immediately after leaving the Website.
Web Cookies: A “Web Cookie” is a string of information which assigns you a unique identification that a website stores on a user’s computer, and that the user’s browser provides to the website each time the user submits a query to the website. We use cookies on the Website to keep track of services you have used, to record registration information regarding your login name and password, to record your user preferences, to keep you logged into the Website and to facilitate purchase procedures. Teach With Love also uses Web Cookies to track the pages that users visit during each Website session, both to help us improve users’ experiences and to help understand how the Website is being used. As with other Non-Personally-Identifying Information gathered from users of the Website, TWL analyzes and discloses in aggregated form information gathered using Web Cookies, so as to help TWL, its partners and others better understand how the Website is being used.
Third-Party Advertisers: We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Website. These companies may use information (not including any Personally-Identifying Information) about your visits to the Website and other websites that are contained in Web Cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Using a tool created by the Network Advertising Initiative, you can opt out of several third-party ad servers’ and networks’ Web Cookies simultaneously.
Please contact us if you would like to know the identity of the third-party advertising companies we are currently using to serve ads.
We may allow advertisers to choose the characteristics of users who will see their advertisements, and we may use any of the Non-Personally Identifying Information we have collected (including information you may have decided not to show to other users, such as your birth year or other sensitive personal information or preferences) to select the appropriate audience for those advertisements. We do not identify you to the advertiser.
Web Beacons: A “Web Beacon” is an object that is embedded in a web page or email that is usually invisible to the user and allows website operators to check whether a user has viewed a particular web page or an email. TWL may use Web Beacons on the Website and in emails to count users who have visited particular pages, viewed emails and to deliver co-branded services. Web Beacons are not used to access users’ Personally-Identifying Information. Web Beacons collect only a limited set of information, including a Web Cookie number, time and date of a page or email view and a description of the page or email on which the Web Beacon resides. You may not decline Web Beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all Web Cookies or modifying your browser setting to notify you each time a Web Cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline Web Cookies on an individual basis.
Analytics: We may use third-party vendors, including Google, who use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past activity on the Website, including Google Analytics for Display Advertising. The information collected may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. If you do not want any information to be collected and used by Google Analytics, you can install an opt-out in your web browser (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/) and/or opt out from Google Analytics for Display Advertising or the Google Display Network by using Google’s Ads Settings (www.google.com/settings/ads).
Aggregated and Non-Personally-Identifying Information: We may share aggregated and Non-Personally Identifying Information we collect under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it with third parties and our affiliate companies to develop and deliver targeted advertising on the Website and on websites of third parties. We may combine Non-Personally Identifying Information we collect with additional Non-Personally Identifying Information collected from other sources. We also may share aggregated information with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. For example, we may tell our advertisers the number of visitors to the Website and the most popular features or services accessed. This information does not contain any Personally-Identifying Information and may be used to develop website content and services that we hope you and other users will find of interest and to target content and advertising.
